This oversized 10x40 area gives you a great place to sunbathe, for the kids to play with protection from the sun. It also has a dining table with 8 chairs plus 4 additional easy chairs and coffee table. Plus we have recently added table tennis.

To keep all entertained we have made the garage into a great games room, with foosball, a pool table and air hockey.
