This home is fully air conditioned, which is ideal for keeping cool from the Florida Heat, also can provide heating if needed. It is plenty big enough for you and all your friends / family to sit on the patio furniture or sunbathing on loungers to soak up that Florida sunshine morning to night. There is also a 6ton pool heater at an additional cost if required.
