1br Room 4 Rent in Orlando, Florida For Sale

I have a master room for rent and it is furnished. I use the shower as a storage for my business materials but everything else works. The cost is $400.00/month includes everything but food. There is a $100 non refundable deposit required for a background check do to the fact that I am on the board of directors and they need to know who is leaving in here.
I maybe able to do a barter with someone if the it helps out the both of us, and I DO NOT mean sexual. I do have cats so there will be no other animals allowed, please understand, my animals come first.
