Real Estate Specialist I - CenturyLink (APOPKA, FL) in Orlando, Florida For Sale
Specific Duties & Tasks:
· Maintain the building systems
· Respond to internal customer work requests
· Complete preventive maintenance tasks on building equipment
· Account for work accomplished and time worked by utilizing the BMSE data base
Qualifications, Skills and Education:
· Must have at least a high school education or equivalent GED
· At least one year recent experience in HVAC repair
· Be certified in HVAC maintenance and repair
· Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
· Able to work from ladders, platforms, and tight spaces
· Must have basic computer skills and familiar with using basic computer functions
· General maintenance skills including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
· Knowledge of Trane Tracer BAS system or similar systems
· Must have excellent customer skills and be able to work with internal customers
· Must be willing to work weekends and nights when required
· Must have a valid driver's license and able to drive company vehicles
· Be able to read and work from blueprints, drawings, and rough sketches
· Must be able to work as a team with other employees
· Must be able to meet deadlines and schedules established for work orders
· Must have a satisfactory attendance and safety records
· Complete all other tasks as assigned
