We want to build a private senior citizens neighborhood where they can live in there home, park their RV and take their golf cart to the club house. Looking for a Real Estate Agent that will invest in our project. We need $1M to get it started. In exchange for your generosity we will offer you full rights to be the Real Estate Agent that sells each one of our lots. Each one of our lots will include a manufactured home, a parking area for an RV and parking for car and golf cart. Lots will start at $125,000. We will pay 4% Real Estate Agent Fee.
