This individual is responsible for overall management of the physical property, including all aspects of building performance, budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance, construction, tenant, owner and vendor relations and day to day operations as follows:1. Review of monthly and/or quarterly property operations and financial reports.2. Budgets - Annual budget preparation (income, Operating Expenses, Capital Expenses/improvements, debt service;loans, prior year reforecast, etc. Responsible for budgeted NOI.3. Property Taxes - work with tax consultant to review and reduce current assesment.4. Property Inspections5. Tenant relations (outside of the day to day tenant maintenance requests, complaints).6.
