Job Description
Property condition inspector needed for HUD owned foreclosed homes in the Lake County, FL area. Must have the knowledge / experience using a generator to power an electrical and HVAC system should the power not be active along with the knowledge / experience using an electric air compressor to pressure test a plumbing system for leaks should the water not be active. This is a sub contractor position so having all of your own equipment is a requirement.
Must have the following:
xxxx Continuous Watt Generator (Not Surge)
Electric Air Compressor
Computer / Internet
Power Cord / Pig Tails (For Generator)
Reliable Transportation
General Tools
**Will discuss insurance requirements.**
