Need a Property Manager - (Davenport) in Orlando, Florida For Sale

Current state of occupancy: Not applicable to my property type or management needs. More info: Hi I have a 4/3 unfurnished pool home in Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport and I am looking for new MC. Basically we have one now that we do not get on with - I will tell you now I am very demanding (apparently). I just want honest straightforward management. Someone that can find good, decent tenants, not those with no furniture and low income jobs and only just qualify to rend my home. I want someone who will look after the place and not live like animals. I expect my property to be inspected at least twice a year more (with notice obviously) if I suspect there may be problems.
