Leasing Agent/Real Estate Agent (All Areas/Orlando)
Now seeking experienced Leasing Agents for Single Family Rentals, with in House inventory and leads provided. Customizable work load and experience available with Selective Realty Group. You’ll join a network of experienced real estate professionals and guide home Owners and Tenants through the Leasing phase of their properties, form new relationships, gain customers, and work closely with them to offer helpful services and advice. The ability to transform landlords to sellers and tenants into homebuyers.

Responsibilities:
•Interview prospective residents, qualify them by their needs, and input their information into the computer on a guest card.
•Qualify prospective residents; verify applications, credit information and previous rental history. Prepare lease and move-in documentation and all related paperwork.
•Collect all rental payments and fees due at move-in.
•Walk and inspect amenities, tour route and ready vacant on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
•Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, legal correspondence, and procedure and policy manuals.
• Ability to compute rates, percentages and discounts and pro-rations.
•Valid state driver’s license
• Must have Florida Real Estate license to Apply.
