Let me take a moment to explain a little bit about your new job as a house hunter for bayareapropertyscouts.org. We buy distressed, vacant, abandoned, or problem properties. It would be impossible for us to find all of the properties throughout this area, so we need YOU to help us!
The beauty of this part-time job position is that you function independently. That means that no on will be looking over your shoulder! You can complete this job quickly and on your own time. As long as you have a digital camera and a means of uploading your pictures to us, you're all set!
All you need to do is..
?Locate vancant houses in your assigned area
?Take photos of the property (front, back, sides, etc.)
?Gather as much information about the property as possible
?Submit the photos and information you gather to to us
It is that simple! Once you get the hang of it, each house should take no longer than about 15 minutes.
If you would like to get started today, send us a short list of zip codes or areas you would prefer to work in. The next step will be for us to assign a specific area for you to house hunt in!
