As Divisional Director of Property Management , you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned communities are safe, attractive, well maintained and operating within budget. This will include acting as a liaison between the communities and the Seattle office to ensure that all maintenance related issues are handled in a timely, coast-effective and professional manner; monitoring community maintenance budgets and ensuring that records are maintained and duties are performed, and overseeing contractor movement and acting as project manager during specific repair and refurbishment projects. Expected travel for this position is up to 75%.
Position requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
At least three years of facilities maintenance experience.
Ability to analyze, negotiate and solve problems.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Sense of urgency, initiative and motivation.
Ability to train and motivate Maintenance Directors.
Must pass criminal background check.
