Duties:
Minimzes Waste, Mintains cleanlines of stations and storages area all times, Set-up break-down of stations and restocking for the following shift.
Accurately following recipes and protionting and presentation specifications.
Maintains excellent hygiene and practices good sanitation, organization, and safety skills.
Stays productive at all times, Maintain and direct kitchen productivity.
Order and control inventory.
Schedule and time management.
