JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the President of Europe. Duties include general clerical and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person, email and phone interaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will have high visibility with departmental management and their desired correspondence. Phone and email correspondence. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. Perform general clerical duties. Coordinate meetings and scheduling. Maintain President’s calendar/schedule. Support department in assigned project based work. All other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to operate desktop computer and desktop applications. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively. Ability to multi-task accurately under pressure. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have good writing, analytical and problem&#xxxx;solving skills Must have knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration Must be able to communicate effectively Ability to follow oral and written instructions Must present professional image and experience Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Must possess good people skills with an emphasis on customer care and courtesy Bilingual (Russian, German, French or Italian) - preferred but not required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree preferred.
