We are seeking a personable and reliable administrative assistant to add to our team. We sell, produce, and install custom closets and cabinetry.
Administrative Assistant position:
Position is PART:TIME. 25:30 hours per week on average.
Monday:Friday with 8:00 a.m. start time. End time will vary depending on workflow for the day.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
:Customer service: follow up with customers, create marketing emails for repeat business, send out marketing materials
:Social Media Maintenance: Facebook, Twitter, Google Places, Constant Contact etc.
:General administrative support to managers and owners
Secondary Responsibilities will include:
:Answering multiple phone lines, pleasant speaking voice required
:Scheduling appointments for salespeople
:Data entry in customer database
:Maintenance of customer files
:Maintenance of installation schedule
:Ordering supplies from vendors
:Light cleaning duties
Requirements:
:Excellent communication skills, written and oral
:Experience managing social media accounts for business
:Creativity to ad campaigns and customer outreach
:Excellent phone and customer service skills
:Excellent organization skills
:Ability to multi:task
:Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
:Computer experience, especially Word and Excel
